All our clubs have dedicated boxing areas you can use at all times in our Functional Training Studios. 

We also run functional Cross Training classes using kettlebells, battleropes, the sled and TRX were you can combine strength and fitness into one action packed class. 


As a Core24 member you can book as many classes as you like.
