GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

If you love great music and people, you’ll love our Group Exercise classes! Designed to keep you motivated and energised Group Exercise classes match exercise with amazing music for a fun experience and great results.

Whether you want to tone up, gain muscle, improve your fitness or flexibility there is a Group Exercise class for you. Our Group Exercise Studios have fully sprung floors, giving maximum impact relief on the joints in your body. Our Frankston and Mornington Clubs have spacious, dedicated studios with around 60 classes per week to choose from. 

As a Core24 member you can book and attend as many classes as you like.
You can Download our Gymmaster App and book your classes through your smartphone. 

BODY PUMP – 55 mins
A barbell workout to get you looking lean and toned fast. Using light to moderate weights with high repetitions, giving you a total body workout.

BODY STEP – 55 mins
A full-body cardio workout using steps designed to tone your butt and thighs.

BODY ATTACK – 55 mins
High energy fitness class combining athletic movements like running, lunging, jumping, burpees, star jumps & strength moves such as push ups & squats.

ZUMBA – 55mins
Red hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and fun to follow dance routines to get the heart rate up and work your body from head to toe.

THT – 55 mins
A class that will focus on those tummy, hips and thighs. This workout will have your body feeling toned and will sculpt and shape your lower body. A great class for any fitness level.

CIRCUIT 45 – 45 mins
Build strength & fitness with varied & challenging functional training exercises mixed with short bursts of cardio.

HI LO – 55 mins
A freestyle group exercise class focused on a
cardiovascular workout using challenging and fun
choreography. The high and low impact options cater to all fitness levels.

FITBALL FLOW- 55 mins
A full body conditioning class blending fitballs and
Pilates with a focus on flexibility and core strength

NEW BODY – 55 mins
This toning and conditioning class includes the use of steps, hand weights and core work. Get for all levels of fitness.
