Personal Training for Fitness

Our trainers aim is to get the very best out of their clients. They can help you maintain and/or reach goals whether they be weight loss, sports specific or just lifestyle.

We have a great verity of specialty trainers for pregnancy, rehabilitation, older aged clients and more!

Strength and Fitness Programs

Our Results Pack Program Includes:

Health Check : discuss your goals, establish realistic targets & take into account any health & injury concerns.

Body Composition Analysis : Determine Body Fat%, Metabolic Rate, Body Age so we accurately measure your progress.

Individualised Fitness Program : A program designed to help you reach your fitness goals

Personal Training : 2 x Personal Training sessions to kickstart your goals!

 The programs are available at all clubs

Personal Training for Weightloss

Our Weight Loss Program includes:

  • Initial health consultation and body composition analysis
  • Nutritional analysis and meal plan/eating guide
  • 3 x a week on the Body Shape Vacu Therm Machines *
  • Body composition every 4 weeks to track your progress

 *Our Body Shape Vacu Therm Machines target fat loss specifically from your hips, butt and thighs.

Group Fitness for Weightloss

At Core24 Frankston we offer a great range of Group Fitness classes to add more verity into your exercise routine. Here are some classes recommended to you if your fitness goal is to lose weight.

If an injury or a condition that has stopped you in your path our personal trainers can help. We are experienced in working with different conditions providing knowledge and motivation to help you achieve your goals!

Our Wide Range of Facilities and Equipment for Rehabilitation

You are welcome monitor your own progress or work with our trainers, one on one, on a regular basis.

 We have a wide range of equipment and facilities that can help your rehabilitation, including low impact walkers, Cross Trainers, upright and armchair bikes to help build your fitness levels up.

 Natural Mineral Water Hydrotherapy Pool and Spa so you can exercise your muscles and fitness level with no weight on your joints.

 Along with our extensive range of specialised gym equipment to strengthen your muscles, we also offer a range of group exercise classes including Aquarobics

We Consult with Your Physician

If you have been working with a Medical Specialist, whether it is a Physiotherapist, Cardiologist, or your General GP we are able to liaise with them on your exercise program and progress.

 We can also process your WorkCover claim, If your insurance company has approved your gym membership as part of your treatment, we can process all the paperwork for you.
