Our Infant Program caters for children 6 months to 3 years, and is designed to develop basic water familiarisation skills and to promote water safety through the use of fun games, songs and skill based group activities in a stimulating learning environment.
The program encourages babies to kick, paddle, blow bubbles and submerge. These skills assist with the development your child’s safety and confidence in the water.
An adult is required in the water at this level to assist children in the learning process and infants are required to wear water proof nappies.
Our Pre-School Program caters for children 3 to 5 years, and is designed to develop water familiarisation skills with a focus on building the foundations for stroke development in a fun and structured environment.
Some of the skills taught in this program include performing safe entries/exits, star floats, kicking on front and back, blowing bubbles and placing face in the water. This swim program introduces floatation aids such as, noodles and kickboards to develop confidence and establish a streamlined body position.
Our School-Age Program is designed to accommodate all skill abilities and confidence levels from Beginner, through to Introductory Squad.
Classes are structured to meet the individual needs and capabilities of each child and all skills are taught progressively with a focus on developing excellent technique.
