At Core24 Health many of our members are looking for a more holistic experience. At our Frankston Club and Mornington Clubs we have a dedicated Mind, Body and Soul Studio where you can find your
inner self, gently stretch, strengthen, tone, relax and find peace, balance and calmness.
We run a great variety of classes 7 days a week including Yoga, Barre, Chi Ball and Meditation at convenient times to suit you.
Our Dedicated Yoga Studio is heated with FAR Infrared heat which provides a healthy environment that helps improve your breathing, blood circulation and body detoxification and increase fat loss and cellulite reduction.
Some of our classes are hot yoga, with the heat turned up to around 35 Degrees Celsius to accelerate the benefits the infrared heat. Whether you are just starting or an experienced student our instructors are dedicated to helping you find your balance in your mind, body and soul.
As a Core24 Health Club Member you can have unlimited access to our Yoga Studio and all the mind, body soul classes. We also run Yoga classes at our Mornington Club.
YOGA – 55 mins
Yoga Flo moves through the postures progressively and mindfully with breath. Slowed down to focus on alignment in postures with a strong focus on meditation.
YOGA 101 – 55 mins
Introduction to the fundamentals of Yoga, breathing and meditation.
VINYASA YOGA – 55 mins
Deep breathing combined with movement. Energising & purifying the body & mind.
YIN YOGA – 55 mins
Targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine through poses which are held for longer periods of time.
HATHA YOGA – 55 mins
Includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises, which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
BARRE – 55 mins
Focus on form & posture alignment using the barre. Isometric movements & stretching to create long lean muscles.
BOOTYLICIOUS BARRE – 55 mins
This barre class is the ultimate booty burn and shaper. Uses bands and balls and It focuses on the lower body, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, and gets those glutes burning!
POWER PILATES – 55 mins
Combine pilates and strength with cardio. This class is recommended for ore experienced members due to its fast paced nature.
CHI BALL – 55 mins
A system based on principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Holistic for the body, mind and spirit with use of an aromatic Chi Ball.
TAI CHI – 55 mins
Tai Chi is a gentle form of standing exercise, with energy expenditure similar to walking. Regular practice develops coordination and balance, while improving memory and body awareness.
